Sometimes the scenery sells over the overall aesthetics of a home. This one gives me bachelor pad vibes with the 3-car garage turned man cave, larger than life slate shower and back deck hot tub overlooking the lake. Quite a few snoots turned their noses up at this one but it still sold for $800k back in May. Located just north of Charlotte, NC.
